Bullish Sentiment Rises For the Second Week in a Row

In spite of the ongoing uncertainty regarding Syria, as well as the equity market's shaky backdrop, sentiment of individual investors actually improved for the second straight week.  According to the weekly survey from the American Association of Individual Investors (AAII), bullish sentiment increased by two percentage points in the last week, rising from 33.54% to 35.53%.  This represents the second straight week of improved sentiment, as bullish sentiment is now up by about 6.5 percentage points from its recent lows.
