Bullish Sentiment Drops Back Below Average

After the largest weekly increase since March, bullish sentiment on the part of individual investors declined this week, more than erasing last week's increase.  According to the American Association of Individual Investors (AAII), bullish sentiment fell by 13 percentage points, falling from 48.97% down to 35.97%.  This brings sentiment back below the current bull market's average reading of about 38%.  Which market are individual investors watching these days? The US or Japan?
