Priceline and Apple Diverge

The relationship between Apple (AAPL) and Priceline.com (PCLN) has soured lately now that Priceline has decided to leave Apple behind.  Below is a chart of the two stocks since the start of the year.  The two hit their peaks for the year in early April, then they hit their April lows on the same day as well when Apple reported earnings on the 24th.  Both stocks bounced significantly following Apple's report, but that's where the divergence begins.  Apple has traded straight down since its one-day earnings bounce, while Priceline has continued higher.  What gives?
